STAFF - How our staff are protecting you
Staff will not work if they are feeling unwell or anyone in their household is not feeling well. They will then adhere to the advised quarantine policies.
Staff will text or call you when outside. This will allow you to open the door and ensure that minimal social interaction and surface contact occurs.
Staff will wear masks and gloves where appropriate.
Staff will keep the social distancing rules when on your property.
Staff will respect and adhere to any additional requirements you have to ensure you feel safe during our work with you.
CUSTOMERS - What you can do to keep our staff safe.
Please ensure your work space is safe and clean.
Please have your phone with you if you’re expecting us to arrive. We will call or text prior to coming into your property. This is an opportunity to discuss how we can customise our experience for you so that you feel safe and happy for us to visit.
If you or anyone in your household or work space are feeling unwell, please call us with notice so we can reschedule your appointment a minimum of 21 days from the onset of you feeling unwell.
Please respect social distancing rules with our staff while we work on your property.
Please open and make accessable the work area (Eg. Open door or doors to the work space). This will minimise contact with surfaces.
